Group therapy is the heart of what we do because healing happens in relationship. We offer up to 14 hybrid groups per week, spanning morning, afternoon, and evening, with sessions available both in-person and virtually. Our groups draw from DBT, CBT, ACT, mindfulness, art therapy, psychoeducation, somatic work, and more. Clients build a schedule that fits their life and their goals, attending as many or as few groups as their recovery calls for, with clinical guidance along the way.

Individual therapy is an opportunity to go deeper: to refine your group plan, work through what's coming up, and ensure your care stays aligned with where you actually are. Sessions happen on a per-session basis, scheduled around mutual availability. Just you, your therapist, and the work.

Recovery includes every part of your life. Our Participant Support Specialists bring lived experience and professional training to the work of walking alongside clients in the real world. Whether that means help navigating resources, staying accountable to goals, or having someone in your corner who gets it, peer support is woven into how we operate. It's part of the model.

For those stepping down from a higher level of care or looking for more structure early in recovery, we offer a more intensive track. Clients attend six or more groups per week in the first 90 days, with closer clinical oversight and an active treatment planning process. The structure is real. So is the flexibility. Recovery on your terms is always the goal.
