At Commonwealth Collaborative, we follow all CDC guidelines for our COVID-19 response. If you are currently experiencing any symptoms or have recently come into contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID, please stay at home.

Our IOP/PHP Protocols for COVID-19 Include:

• Temperature screening for all staff and clients
• Mandatory mask wearing (masks will be provided if needed)
• Enhanced sanitization of all touch points
• Small group sizes

 Tips And Tricks For Staying Healthy:

• Stay home when you are feeling sick
• Get your Covid-19 booster shot and flu shot
• Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth with unwashed hands
• Use hand sanitizer frequently, if unavailable, please wash your hands with hot water and soap
• Cover your face and nose with a mask. If needed, masks can be provided
• Limit close contact
• When coughing or sneezing, cover your face or nose with the inside of your arm
