We Offer

Services

We offer a range of services to meet the needs of every client. Have something else in mind? We'd be happy to work with you to create a custom quote.

  • Group therapy is the heart of what we do; healing happens in relationship. We offer up to 14 hybrid groups per week, spanning morning, afternoon, and evening, with sessions available both in-person and virtually. Our groups draw from DBT, CBT, ACT, mindfulness, art therapy, psychoeducation, somatic work, and more. Clients build a schedule that fits their life and their goals, attending as many or as few groups as their recovery calls for, with clinical guidance along the way.

  • Individual therapy is an opportunity to go deeper: to refine your group plan, work through what's coming up, and ensure your care stays aligned with where you actually are. Sessions happen on a per-session basis, scheduled around mutual availability. Just you, your therapist, and the work.

  • Recovery includes every part of your life. Our Participant Support Specialists bring lived experience and professional training to the work of walking alongside clients in the real world. Whether that means help navigating resources, staying accountable to goals, or having someone in your corner who gets it, peer support is woven into how we operate. It's part of the model.

  • For those stepping down from a higher level of care or looking for more structure early in recovery, we offer a more intensive track. Clients can attend up to six groups per week in the first 90 days, with closer clinical oversight and an active treatment planning process. The structure is real. So is the flexibility. Recovery on your terms is always the goal.

Group Descriptions

Intentional Recovery (DBT, Mindfulness)

Living on Purpose

Recovery is built, choice by choice. In this group we slow down, set intentions, and practice skills that help us line up our actions with the kind of lives we actually want. Using DBT and mindfulness, we practice staying present, regulating emotions, and keeping our actions aligned with our goals.

Art & Recovery (Art Therapy, Mindfulness)

Create Our Way Forward

Sometimes words aren't enough. In this group we use art, writing, music, and other creative outlets to express what's going on inside, reduce stress, and discover new parts of ourselves. No experience required. Through art therapy and mindfulness, we practice processing emotions in new ways and tapping into creativity as a tool for healing.

The Way Forward (ACT)

Building the Lives We Want

Recovery is about creating a future. In this group, we think about what's next, set goals that matter, and make plans for the lives we want to build. ACT gives us tools to clarify our values, commit to our goals, and take steps toward lives that feel worth living.

The Science of Change (Psychoed)

Why Recovery Is Hard, and How It Works

Old habits are tough to break, and cravings can feel overwhelming. In this group, we explore the brain science of recovery and learn strategies that help us work with our brains instead of against them. We learn how habits form, how relapse happens, and evidence-based ways to build healthier patterns that last.

Self-Talk Workshop (CBT)

Changing the Voice in Our Heads

We all know that voice that tells us we can't do it, or that we're going to fail again. In this group, we notice that voice, talk back to it, and practice learning how to be on our own side. Grounded in CBT, we use strategies to rewire unhelpful thought patterns and build a more supportive inner dialogue.

Recovery Skills Lab (DBT)

Real-Life Tools That Work

This group is hands-on. We practice coping strategies, communication skills, and problem-solving tools so we can deal with stress, relationships, and cravings in real time, and walk away with something we can actually use. DBT skills are taught and practiced here to give us reliable, go-to strategies for managing life well.

Hero's Journey (ACT, Narrative)

Finding Our Strength

Recovery can feel like stepping into unknown territory: scary, but also full of possibility. Here we draw on Joseph Campbell's Hero's Journey and other stories to see how recovery mirrors timeless paths of growth. Together, we face challenges, connect with our resilience, and explore how struggle can become part of our strength.

Weekend Strategy (MBRP)

Plan for the Tough Days

Weekends can be the hardest time to stay steady. In this group, we plan ahead: spotting challenging situations, making backup plans, and using mindfulness tools to stay grounded. Grounded in mindfulness-based relapse prevention, we practice riding out cravings and building resilience when triggers hit.

Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention (Mindfulness)

Move, Breathe, Recover

This group draws on mindfulness-based relapse prevention alongside gentle movement and breathwork, practices rooted in yoga that don't require flexibility, athleticism, or any prior experience. The focus is on learning to notice cravings, stress, and difficult emotions without being pulled under by them. Movement and breath become tools for regulation, grounding, and reconnecting with the body.
