Cynthia Segui, LICSW
Clinical Director

Cynthia Segui proudly serves as Common Collab’s Clinical Director. Cynthia is driven to help individuals heal and brings that passion to her role as our Clinical Director. She oversees all aspects of our program to ensure we are delivering the best possible care to every individual who walks through our door. Cynthia most recently worked as the Family Support Coordinator at CHP. She also previously served as the Clinical Director/Assistant Program Director of Phoenix House in Pittsfield.
Cynthia received her MSW from New York University’s Silver School of Social Work and began her career working for Columbia University. During this time, she helped unhoused individuals in NYC find recovery from substance use. Cynthia has lived in Berkshire County for the last 15 years and is involved in many local organizations and initiatives. Outside of the office, Cynthia can be found kayaking, skiing the local mountains, or enjoying music at Tanglewood.
Randall Dwenger, MD
Medical Director

Dr. Dwenger has been working in the Addiction field since finishing his Psychiatry Residency in 1988. He first served as the Director of an Adolescent Chemical Dependency program in New Jersey, later ran a 47-bed Detox facility in Staten Island, and then was the Medical Director for a Homeless Veteran’s program in Brooklyn. For the past 10 years, Randall was the Medical Director and Chief Medical Officer for an Addiction Treatment program in Canaan, CT. Dr. Dwenger is board-certified in Psychiatry and in Addiction Medicine. He graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine and completed his residency training at the Institute of Living in Hartford.
In addition to his role with Common Collab, Dr. Dwenger has a private practice in Lakeville, CT, and also consults at a local boarding school. Randall has a passion for getting to know each client’s story and helping them find their own path forward. When not at work, he can be found cycling in the Berkshires, or hanging out with his golden retrievers – Kevin and Pepper.
Ryan Sears

Ryan co-founded Common Collab alongside Dylan Woods after more than a decade of work in the recovery field. As Executive Director, he oversees the day-to-day operations of the program while staying close to the clinical work and the people doing it.
His path to this role ran through recovery coaching, therapeutic companionship, project management, and operations, a range of experiences that shapes how he thinks about care, organizations, and the people inside both. He is a certified CCAR Recovery Coach and Trainer and holds a degree from UMass Amherst. Ryan also serves on the board of the Southern Berkshire Chamber of Commerce and was a proud recipient of Berkshire Community College's 40 Under 40 award in 2025.
A Western Massachusetts native, Ryan lives in the Berkshires and can usually be found on the ice, in a book, or at the D&D table.
Dylan Woods
President

With nearly two decades of experience in the recovery field, Dylan brings a wealth of practical knowledge to his day-to-day function as our President. Dylan believes that everyone is capable of creating their own version of a joyful life in recovery. Moreover, Dylan is an ordained interfaith minister, passionate rock climber and endurance athlete. A true Ironman, Dylan works tirelessly to help others, and his enthusiasm for life and recovery are infectious.
Dylan has pursued a variety of educational interests and is a certified CCAR Recovery Coach & Trainer, LADC educated at UMass Boston and a NOLS alumni of University of Utah. Originally from Cape Cod, Dylan fell in love with Berkshire County 10 years ago and has been living in Great Barrington ever since. He is relentless in his pursuit to help people in their recovery journey and create strong and lasting community relationships.
Alexander Brown, LCSW

Alexander “Alex” Brown is responsible for overseeing the admissions department, case management team and clinical program growth. He is also a primary therapist who specializes in assisting hospitality and tourism professionals through the recovery process.
Prior to working with Commonwealth Collaborative, Alex was the Manager of Clinical Operations for a health-technology company, where he built and managed a virtual recovery coaching and case management program. Before switching careers to mental health treatment, Alex worked in hospitality management for over a decade, in both hotels and restaurants. He also owns Recover Hospitality and CXN Travel, a consulting company and travel agency designed to make travel, dining and working in the hospitality industry more accessible and enjoyable for individuals who are alcohol-free.
Alex is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and received his MSW from Boston College with a concentration in clinical mental health and a certification in neuroscience for social work. He graduated magna cum laude from Rollins College, with degrees in economics and business, and has completed the Addiction Counseling Education Program at University of Massachusetts Boston. A strong advocate for lifelong learning and professional growth, Alex is currently pursuing his MBA at MIT Sloan.
Raised in New York City, Alex currently spends his time between Boston and the Berkshires and enjoys playing golf, skiing, traveling, and spending time with his dog.
Gabriel Kelley, LCSW

Gabriel joined our team after working at a residential treatment center, where he honed his skills in Motivational Interviewing, DBT facilitation, and supporting multiple pathways to recovery. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in American Studies from Wesleyan University and a Master’s in Marketing Management from Durham University in England. Before entering the behavioral health field, Gabriel worked for several marketing firms in New York City, ultimately finding his calling in helping individuals find recovery.
A former college athlete, Gabriel is a strong proponent of a multi-faceted approach to wellness, integrating fitness, nutrition, and purpose-driven living into his clinical work. After serving as a Recovery Mentor at BTN, Gabriel earned his Master’s in Social Work from Westfield State University and now serves as a primary clinician at Common Collab. He draws on his broad range of experience to co-lead groups, facilitate individual sessions, and help clients access meaningful, sustainable change.
Collin Woods, LADC II

A Berkshire native with deep roots in the community, Collin brings a genuine sense of place to his work as a group facilitator at Common Collab. He pursued an education in pharmacology at Albany College of Pharmacy before finding his calling in the recovery field in 2014, and holds LADC II and CCAR recovery coach certifications.
Collin's approach to recovery is grounded in the belief that joy and adventure are not extras — they are essential. In his groups, he brings curiosity, warmth, and a willingness to challenge people toward the version of themselves they are trying to become. Outside of the office he can usually be found somewhere in the Berkshire hills, kayaking, skiing, or identifying something the rest of us would have walked right past.
Nina Pick, MA
Group Facilitator

Nina Pick is a somatic therapist based in Great Barrington who is passionate about bringing a trauma-informed, heart-centered, and attachment-based approach to her work with individuals and groups. In recovery since 2009, she is the author of The Mind-Body Guide to the Twelve Steps: Finding Joy, Sensuality, and Pleasure in Recovery. She received an MA in counseling psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute and an MA in comparative literature from UC Berkeley, and has additional training in a range of modalities, including Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy, Somatic Attachment Therapy, NeuroAffective Touch, and Reiki. She loves cats and is always up for a good dance party.
